Plasma Blahs......

Ugh...I really need to remember to eat something before and after donating plasma. I got super light headed every time I moved this afternoon. Did not feel well at all. Katie and I were going to go to the 12:25 Transformers movie but I asked her if we could go to the 12:55 instead because I needed to eat. Afterwards I wanted to go look for some sandals for work. I found a couple pairs but then started to feel light headed and clammy again so I asked her to take me home. I ended up turning on the air conditioner in the bedroom and going to sleep. I just woke up. I still feel kinda blah....
Transformers was good. But it was obviously made for guys. Guess some directors don't think girls want to see action movies. I mean come on...did they really need to put very large gold metal balls on a robot????

He had so much fun last night at our Mexican Theme Night at the big camp out. I never did get a head count, but there were a lot of people there. And waaaay too many enchiladas! The funnest part was after dinner sitting around the fire with friends, and their 8 year old son Steven. What a freaking crack up! I think his dad was getting a little embarrassed when Steven decided to start telling little "secrets" about mom and dad. Such as dad saying to mom...."You're a bad girl...rawr..." and her calling him a "naughty monkey" OMG....we were laughing so hard! I was crying it was so funny! Steven was keeping track of the amount of beers hubby drank, without hubby knowing. According to Steven, hubby had drank 50 beers. He was a little off. When hubby told him that he was drinking water, Steven proceeded to tell him that his breath smelled like beer. We got him back on to telling stories about his mom and dad!

So sad.....

Two completely different American Icons....both gone. I feel really strange about this. You knew that Farrah was going to die. The poor woman was dealing with a horrible cancer, and you actually felt relief that she was no longer in pain. Michael...I'm surprisingly very sad about this. I have not been a fan or behind him in any way for several years. I think the things that he has done to his body, and reports of his odd personal life have turned me away from being a fan. But you have to realize that he was MICHAEL JACKSON. He was the most popular artist in the entire world for so many years. So you have Farrah...the Icon of American wholesomeness...a beautiful and talented actress...gone....and you have Michael Jackson...the most popular man in the world for decades. Unfortunately, Farrah's death will be put into the background. I hope that News sites will not do this. This beautiful woman deserves to be recognized for her achievements. But I have a feeling that she will be....
