OK...It was nummy :-)

So I made that Sausage Breakfast Pie. It was pretty good. I think I would have liked it more with a little bit of green chilies in it. It could have used a little more spice. But other than that....we both liked it!
I took some pics to share....

Here it is at the start. Some sausage, bell pepper and onion frying up.

I forgot to take the picture and had already put it in the oven :-)

And it's done :-)

Add a little fruit and an English muffin and you have a meal :-)
