Time to Relax......
Last Thursday I had my monthly massage. My massage therapist played a CD that was so relaxing that afterwards I asked her what she had played. It was Liquid Mind III Balance. I loved it, so I bought it online. There is quite a few of these done by Chuck Wild. I could not find anything on youtube from Balance, but I found one from Liquid mind VIII Sleep. It is the first video posted. The second video is only a minute or so, but I loved the kaleidoscope effect.
So sit back, take a deep cleaning breath, exhale......and relax......

I am afraid to watch because I woke up way too early and I might crash out right here. However, I PROMISE to listen/watch it tonight.
BTW, I ALWAYS read your blog. I was actually in the middle of commenting yesterday when I got a call that my daughter was at school and in a lockdown. Apparently a boy from a nearby high school had brought a gun to school, but it all turned out to be a hoax. I was pissed that this young boy thought it would be OK to scare the hell out of everyone like that. My daughter was at unicycle practice at the time and had to sit in a dark gym on the floor in the corner until the lock down was lifted. Some kids were in lock down on the school bus because this whole event happened just as school was released. It wasn't on the news because they don't want copycats. At least they think about that sort of thing, and more importantly, thank goodness everyone was safe!

That music is relaxing Barb. Thank you for sharing it with us. My Dad has a bunch of relaxation CDs. He puts on his headset and listens to them often.
Yesterday I went for an hour long massage. It was great. She used hot stones, heated wet towels and also used a sugar scrub. The only downfall was she wanted to talk constantly instead of using her relaxation CDs. She wanted to tell me about a doctor who got away with raping young girls for seven years. Now that isn't a topic of conversation I want to hear when I need to relax.
Glynis OMG. I am glad that was a hoax but still OMG. I don't know if that boy needs his butt whipped, medication or counseling but I hope he gets what ever help he needs.
Someone hacked into a freeway sign in Austin today and motorists read Beware of Nazi zombies. Run for your lives. I'm sure who ever did that thought it was funny but Austin traffic has enough deadly wrecks without some idiot adding to them.

G....OK...he needs a good wack upside the head. What the hell was he thinking??? Well guess he wanted to be done with school because they will kick him out now for sure. Idiot.

Dreama....Ummm..I would get another massage therapist. One time for me hearing that crap and I would be out of there. I had another massage therapist that I stopped seeing because I swear to god she fell asleep during it. Swear! She was at the end of my massage and she was down at me feet and she just kinda stopped, but was still holding onto my feet. I laid there for about 5 minutes, no lie, and then I moved my foot and she got up. I was not happy. When we went out to schedule my next appt I made an excuse that I needed to check my calendar at home because I knew the next month was pretty booked up. I never went back, and I had been seeing her for over a year! I really really like that gal I see now. I have been going to her for over 2 years I think. Maybe over 3. I really like her. Actually I think it is over 3 years. I love it! I need it! LOL!

Barb, I am going to give her one more chance and if she is still a motor mouth then I'm not going back. I have been to a bunch of massage therapist. One of the male MT smacked me on the butt when he was finished and I never went back. Another male MT kissed me on the mouth. He had kissed me on my forehead before but on the mouth?He immediately apologized but that was a stupid impulse. I have went to two other female massage therapist. One of them bruised my muscles by sticking her elbow into my back. The second one was a
big black woman and while massaging my neck with her hands around my throat she said "You're so tiny I could pinch your head off with one snap". I don't think she took an instant dislike to me because I saw her afterwards and she would always smile and greet me kindly but woah what a comment to make.

Oh and all of these massage therapists have been on my insurance companies list of professionals. LOL. Go figure.
