Fall & Halloween Haiku's

I was bored Thursday afternoon....

Fall Haiku's

A breeze chills the air
Blowing leaves red and orange
Trees blazing color

A busy squirrel
Many nuts he will gather
Will he have enough

Yellow corn awaits
Bountiful harvest season
Fall is in the air

Field of Fall colors
With pumpkins cold and frosty
On vines all twisted

Halloween Haiku's

A child walks slowly
Haunted house glows in darkness
Dared to Trick or Treat

The moon glows softly
Casting eery dark shadows
Bats flutter above

Pumpkins on the porch
A black cat waits amongst them
To pounce at your feet

Witches Trick or Treat
On a chilly Halloween
For candy and screams

A ghost floats beyond
The graveyard dark and lonely
Do you see her tears

The last one is kinda sad.....but I liked it....

Dreama...thanks for the tip. I have never searched for a blog that way. I usually just to go ones that are recommended. Will have to try that.
How funny that you mention your chat with the little farmer and the bunny he found in the barn. My sis-in-law found something in her Iowa barn this week. Unfortunately it was not cute little bunnies. Nope...skunks. She had to scare them out of there with a broom. And they not only sprayed that entire area of the barn, but her also! I did a search online for her on different ways to get rid of the smell. Did you know that you can use Listorine??? Too funny!
