- Hey there! Thank you for coming to my Blog. I finally decided to write my own Blog after many requests from friends. I really don't think that what I have to say is that interesting, but we'll see! I wish I could take a nice hot bubble bath. Sounds lovely! Hubby is cooking me dinner tonight. He has a roast on the rotisserie, smells incredible! He bought me roses and had Lori at work make my card. He donates money towards Lori's Cancer Charities every time he asks her to make me a card. I love that! I'm sitting her drinking a HUGE glass of Pinot Gris and its heavenly! I am about to start another major hatchlings search. I still need the Sun egg....but thanks to my sweetie Berry I have the Starburst now!!!! YAYAYAYAYAY!!!! LOL!

The flower shop delivered a dozen red Roses to my door. We went out to dinner on Friday but then he took me to dinner Saturday night too. I guess he appreciates me after all.... grin... The restaurant served dark chocolate dipped strawberries and they were huge.
I hope that your son is OK Barb. I have been really out of the loop with my on line and other friends lately.
My new neighbor made an awful first impression yesterday that shook me to my core. Yesterday I had been in my back yard and I heard him cussing at his grandkids and using the F word and every cuss word that he could come up with. I walked over to their driveway and glared at him as they piled into his car. He apologized to me but I just walked away. This morning he came back over when he saw me outside and he told me that his grandkids mean the world to him. He told me he was on his way to dialisis yesterday and that he had Hep. C which had destroyed his liver and he had a liver transplant too. He said that now his kidneys are shutting down and his knee joint has gone bad so yesterday he was having a really off day. The grandkids came out to meet me and they seemed happy and friendly so I believe him that it was just an off day. I was going to CPS tomorrow but now I am not. I will however monitor the situation and I better never hear him act in that manner again no matter what the excuse is. I worked with kids for many years and only once before did I witness scary verbal abuse. A baby was crying and the care taker was trying to feed the baby. She lost it and screamed that she would shove the spoon down its throat. I reported this to my boss and guess what. I was the one who was fired on the spot.
That was a long post but I always make up for the times that i miss posting. :0)
